We are seeking an Office Operations Manager for Spring Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in Nashville, TN. This position will be responsible for overseeing business processes for the location including hiring, training, and motivating administrative staff to ensure service is above and beyond client expectations. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a team of administrative professionals, strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as, the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
