Job Description


Corporate Records Paralegal will provide corporate records management and corporate secretary and board support to the Corporate Secretary, General Counsel, and other members of the Legal Department, when necessary.  The position will assist with management of various corporate filings and records, including monitoring of compliance with various internal and external policies, management of the company’s corporate entity structure (which exceeds 100 entities), act as a liaison with the registered agent, and answer internal questions regarding entity management.  Additionally, the position will support IP management and provide over-flow support for the Contingency/Litigation group as needed.


Strong drafting, writing, and organizational skills are necessary. This position requires strong analytical abilities, self-direction, and the ability to work at a fast pace on a variety of issues. Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years experience with 4+ years directly related to the legal field. College hours, college degree or paralegal certificate may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate
