Job Description

Job Scope:

The Helpdesk Specialist will provide level 1 technical support in a positive, professional environment to both local and remote end users .The majority of the issues will be sent on the phone resolving tickets at the 1st level, and will escalate tickets to 2nd and 3rd level technicians when necessary.
