ITAC Solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. This position is an office support role that performs hostess and administrative duties to create a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing while maintaining a professional attitude.
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience:
- Prepare the office and conference rooms for clients and visitors
- Greet clients in a welcoming manner
- Answer and screen multi-line phone system
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain multiple calendars
- Schedule meetings for entire team
- Maintain and organize scanned documents
- Prepare meeting documents
- Maintain CRM database
- Must have 2+ years relatable admin-type work experience
- Have the ability to perform at a high level while multi-tasking
- Demonstrate an organized approach to tasks
- Professional verbal and written communication skills a must
