JOB SUMMARY:

Resource Employment Solutions currently has a career opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive for Little Rock, AR. area. Resource is an extremely quality-oriented and structured staffing firm that aggressively promotes good service and dependability and offers ongoing training and support to successful candidates who have desire to improve and learn new innovative approaches. The Sales Executive oversees the daily management of assigned branch sales staff, contacts and clients. This position serves as the senior interface between Resource and prospects to establish an ongoing relationship that will eventually lead to long-term clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

-Requires AA degree/or 3-5 years successful outside sales experience and/or industry related experience.
-Must have previous staffing industry experience.
-Strong customer service and client retention skills required.
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
-Time management skills. Extremely organized, highly motivated, strong work ethic and detail oriented.
-Database management skills.
-Demonstrates ability to develop business relationships with customers.
-Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.
-Demonstrates technical aptitude with regard to understanding, interpreting data and is able to quickly apply information to a sales process.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Promote and market Resource Employment Solutions within the assigned territory.
-Uses Resource�s approved sales format and collateral to promote the company.
-Calls on companies and schedules appointments to sign up new clients.
-Constantly creates new approaches to stay competitive in the market.
-Utilizes the ResourceWeb company software and other provided lead software to contact manager and update all contact information on a daily basis.
-Keeps the Director of Sales or immediate Supervisor aware of any new developments or trends in the market or with competitors.
-Attends meetings and educational seminars outside of assigned area as requested.
-Train and supervise Branch Sales Associates.
-Manage and support Branch Sales Executives.
-Perform other duties as requested.
