Wound Center RN
Location: Kankakee, IL
The RN of the Wound Clinic is responsible for providing direct patient care and education to clinic outpatients with complex non-healing wounds according to established protocols. The RN helps provide clinical leadership. In addition, the RN assists the Wound Clinic nurse manager in the implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols, as it relates to outpatient wound care and hyperbarics; is accountable for clinical performance and communication; and ensures that outpatient Wound Care Services and Hyperbarics at Riverside HealthCare follows all rules and regulations governing the delivery of these services in the State of Illinois. The RN will collaborate with physicians to assure optimal patient care.
