Smart Document Solutions is now hiring a full-time Office / Warehouse Manager.

We are the premier Xerox authorized Sales Agency in Arizona.  We are seeking an experienced Office / Warehouse Manager, preferably with E-Automate experience, for our Flagstaff office. Hours are M – F, 8a – 5p. Compensation is $15/hr + , DOE.

Qualifications:

You must have a valid Driver License, and reliable transportation.

You must be punctual and ethical.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Friendly, professional customer service skills.

E-Automate experience highly preferred.

Proficiency in standard business applications, i.e. Microsoft Office, web applications, etc. is mandatory.



Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and route appropriately, including creating and dispatching calls for service. Ship, Receive and Oversee the Equipment Order & Install process. Manage Supply orders. Inventory Management. Data Entry. Other tasks as assigned.
