Job Description

Position Summary:

This position requires the employee to enter patient demographics and physician information into a computer application. The employee will use knowledge of computers, technology, and internal policies and procedures to perform the required tasks.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter physician orders in a computer application. Verify patient demographics Verify physician information via phone and updating, when needed Verification of a valid order based on ITDF requirements Maintain excellent quality. Maintain stated production goals. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

High school education required. At least one (1) years of data entry experience.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Ability Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office Word program. Typing speed of 50+ words per minute with accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
