- Proven typing accuracy - Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds - Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well - Adeptness in documentation - Data entry experience - Experience with database management - Deep understanding of numeric data entry - Customer service experience - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience
