Licensed Practical Nurse/Administrative
Location: Auburn, AL
Knowledge of general office administration.
Answers incoming calls, handles inquiries, takes messages, manages incoming faxes.
Handle lead calls and follows-up in a timely manner.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Develops a plan of care and documents all actions.
Performs daily data entry of admissions and care plans.
Conducts nursing assessments.
Keeps caregiver/patient files up to date.
Conduct caregiver trainings.
Set-up medication boxes.
Recruit, hire, and schedule caregivers.
Responsible for client billing, mailings and payroll.
Ability to travel to areas we service.
Communicates with patients and patient’s families to provide continuity of care.

Proficiency in word processing and computer skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational skills, and customer service skills required.
Be a team player and work cooperatively with caregivers.
Valid nursing license in AL and at least 2 years of nursing or home care experience.
Prefer experience in long term care such as skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or home health.
Able to work during office hours and the ability to take call.
