MiGym is the leading provider of custom-branded mobile apps in the fitness space.  We provide apps for about 150 health and fitness brands and reach millions of club members with our platform. In Chicago alone we provide the apps for FFC, UFC, and Chicago Metro YMCA. MiGym offers the premiere mobile experience for tech-savvy gym members to engage with their club – from planning a workout, to navigating their club and we’re always working on new features and enhancements. Job Requirements


The Customer Success Manager is responsible for customers’ success on our platform, which means our brands are happy both because our product works as expected and optimized for their members’ experience. You’ll be working with a variety of people from club managers to internal designers and engineers to end users, ensuring problems and issues are resolved quickly and completely in an upbeat and professional manner. On a day to day level you’ll be helping our customers achieve their goals by responding professionally to support requests and questions, proactively on boarding new customers, and assisting the team with testing and quality assurance. This position requires willingness to work flexible hours occasionally including evenings and weekends, when critical situations arise. This is a broad range of operational responsibilities and therefore offers a lot of growth potential, both personally and professionally, as MiGym continues to expand into this burgeoning market. The position may be remote, in our Chicago office, or from a partner’s office.
