Business Development Representative - Job Description:

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for handling all leads that come into our dealership, and maintaining quality relationships with our current customer base. You will spend most of the work day on the telephone and computer, assisting customers with questions and setting up appointments.

Business Development Representative - Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates effectively with Internet Customers according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email, or in person.

  • Has thorough knowledge of dealership services.

  • Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries immediately.

  • Delivers messages intended for other departments promptly.

  • Notifies customers that their messages have been forwarded to the appropriate personnel for prompt attention.

  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Business Development Representative - Requirements:

  • Must have excellent phone/communication skills.

  • Customer Service Experience required.

  • Call Center experience is a huge plus!

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

  • Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, dependable, self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.
