MetaSource, a technology driven provider of Business Services Outsourcing (BPO), is seeking a Business Development Representative. This position can be based in our CO, UT, CA, TX, AZ offices, or home based from anywhere in the United States.

OPPORTUNITY:


MetaSource operates a 150- seat call center and we are looking to grow through aggressive business development through greenfield sales and existing client footprint expansion.




As our Business Development Representative for our Contact Center (CC) business unit, you will be instrumental in developing relationships with companies who are looking to outsource or with existing clients who are looking to expand our relationship. Through coordination of support from CC Management Team, Product Management, Services and Pre-Sales, you will create strategies in pursuit of specific deals. Reporting directly to the Executive Sales Leader, you will work side by side to further grow our Contact Center (CC) business unit.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
