We provide customer service, customer acquisition and retention, as well as marketing and sales management for some of the world’s most recognizable companies in the satellite, retail, and entertainment industry. · Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers
· Asks open-ended, questions to determine customer requirements, needs, and expectations
· Educates customer on policies and procedures, anticipated delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
· Continually maintains thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of products/services and effectively oppose any customer objections
· Prepares all related paperwork and documents on a daily basis
· Obtains customer feedback through follow-up calls
· Proactively resolves any complaints
· Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Associates degree in related field preferred
· A minimum of three months to one year of customer service and/or retail experience is required; Outside or inside sales industry experience is preferred
