Responsibilities for this position include, but not limited to:
Property leasing & marketing activities; property financial reporting & analysis; tenant experience/customer relations, establish performance goals for on-site personnel & personnel management which includes manage & motivate staff; provide enthusiasm & support toward achievement of leasing goals; complete & forward all HR documentation in a timely manner; complete all payroll deadlines; annual budgeting & business plans; maintain budgeting occupancy rates; monthly variance & executive summary reports to investor group; oversee physical property for inspections weekly; oversee quarterly inspections; maintain all files & appropriate licenses including business license & all certifications; codes & regulatory compliance; oversee property maintenance, additional duties as assigned.
One (1) year of prior Property Management experience (at the Assistant level or higher) to include basic Accounting experience. High school diploma or equivalent.
