Recruiter (Healthcare Staffing)

The Recruiter’s main responsibilities are to source, qualify, and recruit physician assistants, nurse practitioners and physicians to place into open assignments (temporary, temp –to-hire) with healthcare facilities, within a defined specialty focus and protected territory.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to conduct business services via the phone. This role also requires that the individual works in a team environment and can consistently meet and exceed weekly / monthly activity and production goals. Attention to detail, superior time management and consistent follow-up are essential!

Some but not all of the functions associated with the Recruiters duties include:
Heavy phone activity including cold calling.
Source candidates for open assignments for your assigned specialty within a territory using various sources. (Cold Calling, Internet, Internal Database,…)
Qualify candidates and confirm commitment for assignment and ensure appropriate paperwork is obtained to meet risk management approval and clients privileging needs.
Qualify the assignment details with client and Account Executive for optimum placement opportunities.
Handle all aspects of presentation, interview and acceptance of assignments between client and provider/ physician. Work with operations staff to manage travel and lodging for each placement.
Monitor and assist both client and provider / physician during the length of the assignment including but not limited to: Timesheet submittal, schedule, issue resolution and communication between parties.
Some but not all of the functions associated with account executive duties include:
Handle inbound calls and resolve question/issue or route appropriately.
Assist teammates to ensure Team achieves monthly Gross Profit goals.
Contact client to assist in Accounts Receivable efforts as needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Ability to connect with individuals at various levels within an organization.
The ability to work well in a team environment.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and Outlook email required
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.

Solid problem solving and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to predict needs and act accordingly.
