About this vacancy: 

YER is currently seeking to fill a vacancy for Executive Administrative Assistant (fluent in Spanish and English) with our European client. This is an excellent opportunity for a SPANISH speaking candidate with solid administrative and business experience. 




Key Function: Help with translating and administrative support to a Plant Manager relocating from Spain, as well as giving general office support to the North American operation. Must be fluent in English and Spanish communication; participate in business interactions and meetings related to building the new USA plant operation. Also offer office support in planning and organizing ongoing office activities, documentation on meetings, scheduling appointments, filing, booking travel and other tasks as needed.

Job Description:



In this role you will combine bilingual language skills, as well as administrative skills. You will be there to support the Plant Manager with all office and business activities, including business meetings with suppliers, customers, and other key constituents. You will lean on your professionalism, exceptional organizational and language skills to keep documentation and correspondence for the newly established North American business office. Must be a self-starter, with ability to function in a fast pace and evolving organization. This will be a new plant that will be under construction. The core responsibilities will fluctuate based on demands. Most importantly you have a strong international background, communicate effectively to help the company succeed.
