We
have a contract opening for an HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist in
Tempe Arizona. This position is approved for 9 months with the possibility of
being extended.



Pay
Rate: $28.00/Hour



The
ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, including
compensation, benefits coordination, LOA (leave of absence) processing and
other facets of the human resources. We're looking for a bright, motivated
individual who relishes paperwork and who thrives on meeting deadlines.



Principle Accountabilities:

• Administers compensation events in Workday per the compensation policies

• Provide new employees with an explanation of benefits and instruct them on
enrollment and fulfillment procedures.

• Administrate COBRA, LOAs, FMLA usage and other issues as required by our
in-house regulations and legal requirements.

• Assist employee with benefit and compensation questions.

• Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators.

• Consult with employees about eligibility and other issues.

• Review and analyze benefit and compensation data

• Provide ongoing support to the global rewards and services team.



Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required

• Associate Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred

• 3+ years' experience in HR with benefits experience

• Familiarity with compensation and benefits software systems (Workday
preferred)

Excellent interpersonal skills
