Job Description


 


Prominent Arizona Family seeks an experienced, honest and organized Part Time Executive Personal Assistant/ Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate should have a high-level of professionalism with an appreciation for discretion of confidential information.  Responsibilities included but are not limited to:


 


 Assisting with managing corporate and personal expenses, reconcile credit cards and preparing expense reports as needed


 Serve as a liaison for vendors and contractors 


 Perform personal assistant ad hoc tasks and projects (i.e. running errands, gift shopping,


 Assist with travel, social calendar and apartment management)


 Create, manage and maintain a filing system for vendor, client and employee records


 Assist with the planning of corporate events (i.e. parties, happy hours, conferences)


 Keep identification information filed in a secure location and up to date 


 Answer and forward incoming calls


 Handle all incoming and outgoing mail including Fedex and messengered packages


 


This is a Part Time position the regular schedule will be 3 half days a week. Salary is generous but DOE.








Job Requirements




●  Associates or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university


●  Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the legal or baking industry


●  Excellent critical and creative thinking skills; outstanding written and verbal communication skills


●  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times


●  Extremely organized, detail oriented and possessing the ability to manage many diverse projects 


●  Impeccable judgment, with regard for confidentiality and privacy


●  Outstanding writing, communication and interpersonal skills 


●  Resourceful, motivated, efficient, and proactive 


●  Excellent technology skills are required  


●  US work authorization
