3-6 Month Contract

Do you have staffing or recruiting experience and interested in working in a rewarding position for 3-6 months. We currently have a position available to work with a client that has multiple work locations. You will be responsible for planning, directing and controls many phases of the client requisition process in order to encourage a vendor neutral competitive environment while adhering to specific program guidelines. Some travel may be required. The individual in this position must take pride in their work and be motivated to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include managing all requisition activity through the use of VMS technology. This technology will ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high quality results. Additionally, you will provide adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure end user community and supplier partnerships reach potential.

Management and coordination of the client and supplier community interactions within the assigned market is required. Provides program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier/vendor community on a regular basis to ensure understanding and compliance.

Must be able to communicate program procedural changes and updates to local suppliers/vendor/ and client users in a timely efficient manner. Ensure suppliers appropriately manage employee on-boarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and off-boarding activities. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with client end users through regular phone and in-person contact. Performs site visits and promotes healthy verbal and written communication.

Supports and builds relationships with Operations Manager of MSP (Managed Service Program) while guaranteeing financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while maintaining full policy and procedure compliance. Assists in providing accurate, timely, and complete daily performance analyses.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience plus a minimum of three to five years managerial/supervisory experience in the service provider industry required.

Must have a proven track record measured by customer service levels and satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and working relationships with colleagues and management.

Must have clear written and oral communication skills while feel comfortable in one-on-one and group presentation situations. Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management is required.

Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet applications.
