Job Description
Plans, coordinates and administers human resource strategic planning and all personnel related programs. Coordinates the day-to-day operations. Develops and administers policies and procedures. Provides employee relations support throughout the organization. Manages organizational compensation programs: executive, management, salaried and hourly. Insures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws.
Job Requirements
Five (5) years experience in human resources with at least two (2) years in health care preferred. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task. Demonstrated abilities in leadership, communication and planning. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong word processing skills and familiarity with spreadsheet and database programs. Excellent customer service skills.
At least two (2) years general or human resource management experience a plus.
Requires sitting for 6 hours out of an 8 hour day with lifting a maximum of up to 10 pounds occasionally (0-160 minutes). Limited standing or walking may be occasionally required.
