Being an in-store Visual Merchandiser is creative and fast paced, so teamwork must be important to you. You’ll need to train, motivate and coach the team to constantly think commercially. You will work closely with the management team to translate weekly priorities and promotions into real action on the sales floor, and then check sales figures to see if it’s all working! It’s a never ending job with constant new arrivals of garments: re arranging, re merchandising and replenishing.
