S/he is responsible for the professional presentation of the Station and overall performance of the Customer Service Associates. Job Description
- Act as a “Brand Ambassador' at all times, to reflect the quality of the brand we are building
- Meet retail Body scan goals and objectives in terms of attracting customers, increasing number of scans per day, number of reports and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and prioritize scheduling of Customer Service Associates, ensuring accurate coverage during mall hours
- Ensure that Customer Associates adhere to high standards for customer satisfaction
- Motivate and inspires team to successfully meet objectives set for scanner
- Communicate goals, company policies, procedures, expectations and other items to the team and ensures execution of the defined goals
- Act as liaison between Customer Service Associates and Area Manager/Regional Manager, suggesting opportunities for improvement and providing qualitative feedback to corporate
