Nurse Practitioner Summary:
Through onsite, proactive care management (“Healthy House Calls”), EMSI Nurse Practitioners help their patients gain greater access to health promotion programs and benefits sponsored by their Medicare Advantage plan.
Nurse Practitioner Requirements: Graduate from an accredited college or university's nursing program
Possess an active and valid Nurse Practitioner Licensure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Now accepting New Grads!
Ability to travel to home visits
Blood drawing proficiency preferred, but EMSI will provide training
