Sales Manager

Due to growth, Culligan is currently seeking a Sales Manager (household/residential) in the greater Philadelphia market. If you have sales management experience, we want you to consider our opportunity!

Primary Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and manages household sales force in all braches. Sets departmental and individual goals and tracks closings of sales leads.

• Creates sales budget and reports on status monthly.

• Maintains departmental profitability ratios set by management.

• Creates a corporate sales culture in which all employees are sales focused.

• Responsible for cross-training all employees related to product types and availability.

• Act as the sales champion for the company by promoting an active sales culture.

• Budgeting and P&L responsibility

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Sales Management Experience in a Direct Sales Organization

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience Hiring and Training Sales Professionals

• Strong Communication Skills, Team Building Skills and Management Skills

• Organizational Skills

• Budget and P&L Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Professional Training Programs / Series
