We have opportunities for bright, dynamic team players to start careers within an established and structured programme, both before and after graduation.
Our Graduate Schemes
We offer two graduate schemes tailored either to Business Graduates or to Software Developer career paths. Placement students are welcome on each of these schemes and if successful can continue the programme with a job offer at graduation. The roles are based at our Birmingham office and do provide opportunities for travel.
The Software Developer graduate scheme is a one-year programme leading to a role as a software developer in an Agile environment. The first six months builds your understanding of our business, customers and technology so you are ready to work on software projects in the second half of the year.
The Business Graduate scheme is a two-year programme leading to a role that could include Consultancy, Business Development, Training, Customer Support, Project Management or roles in Agile software development. As your responsibilities grow we support you with a further two years within our Leadership Development programme.
Both schemes start from our belief that acquiring a balanced business background is critical in building your career and they share the support of both graduate and business mentors throughout.
