Primavera Planner / Scheduler (m/w) (Bachelor / Master of Engineering)

The entire project handling and communication will be occur exclusively in english:

Your Activies

• Plan and revise project execution and monitor performance of other departments
• involved (through Primavera P6, Reports, Meetings and other ways of communication) and identify critical and/ or delayed project activities
• Identify and propose mitigations and workarounds to recover delayed activities in accordance to milestone-requirements.
• Liaise with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Scheduling as necessary to insure that the project progress is maintained
• Plan and monitor project activities such as Engineering Design and Document Releases, Procurement, Manufacturing, Testing, and Quality Inspections
• Set up tender schedules in Primavera according to conditions given by the quotations group
• Set up reports (project progress and other schedule analysis)
• Maintain budget cost updates in SAP and set up cost estimates accordingly Report project progress to the Manager
• Support on analysis and solution-development of complex issues
• Communicate internally and externally with customers, suppliers, inspectors and other representatives via mail, telephone, personally etc. and track discussed issues
• Collect and distribute relevant project schedules

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering
• Understanding of operational and engineering processes
• Experience of project planning techniques
• User knowledge of SAP R3 and Primavera or MS Project; PC
  literate (MS Office)
• Technical knowledge of oilfield equipment products is beneficial
• Good English and German language skills (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills and organizing ability, Team player
• Accuracy, reliability, flexibility, assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
