Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Business Office Manager.


Under general direction of the Executive Director, the Business Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operation of the administration office. Provides support to community stakeholders, including residents, employees and managers, in all areas of the company’s shared services department, including hire to retire, procure to pay and resident billing.

Job Requirements

Critical Skills and Knowledge Necessary

• Proficiency in standard business computer applications
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills using the English language to effectively communicate with employees and residents per operating policies and confidentiality standards
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and meet required deadlines
• Work requires ability to analyze and interpret data of a moderately complex nature

The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained thru the completion of a high school education along with four to five years related work experience showing progressively increasing responsibility; or by completing an undergraduate degree with two to three years of business office experience showing progressively increasing responsibility; and by completing three to six months of on-the-job training.
