Acts is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our Financial Analyst position located in West Point, PA. 

Reporting to the Director of Treasury Services, this individual is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the operating, payroll, and depository cash accounts including cash positioning, opening/closing accounts, signatory changes and reporting cash; coordinating and communicating with other departments as appropriate regarding Treasury matters; assisting administration of on-line banking products; initiating ACH vendor payments, wire transfers and inter-company cash transactions; tracking and maintaining all debt compliance transactions payments, letters of credit, swap agreements, re-marketing fees, and bond agreements; preparing general ledger entries related to interest expense and interest accruals; maintaining relationship with banking contacts; compiling documentation for debt arbitrage calculations; preparing audit and annual budget work papers for ACTS and  affiliates; and, performing other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

The critical skills required for this position is:

BS in accounting or related field or relevant work experience in cash management required, MBA or CTP a plus.
