Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant  to Sales to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant to Sales include providing support to the Director of Sales Operations and team.

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales Operations
  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  • Works with the Director of Sales Operations to coordinate daily operations
  • Assist in monitoring expenses
  • Prepare documentation for sales presentation
  • Create customized sales packets as required by sales
  • Maintain scheduling of tradeshows
  • Develop and update spreadsheets and reports for review as directed by DSO
  • Enter Sales Sample Sales Orders as needed and track progress
  • Communication with vendors and customers as required
  • Gather and complete RFI and RFP documentation for review by Director and senior management
  • Maintain professional and effective communications with all departments and customers
  • Document any meeting notes as required
  • Control the Monday Morning CAR meeting
  • Create reports and submit to Director or other executives when requested
  • Create new account cards and opportunity cards as needed
  • Catalog and maintain all marketing materials (physical and digital)
  • Perform other duties as required


Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Administrative experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor at all times
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Organized, detail and results oriented
  • Professional writing skill preferred, include sample
