Talent Acquisition Manager

Our client, an international industry leader with operations in the Triad (central NC) has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Manager will design, implement and measure best in-class strategies and processes to recruit and retain top talent to support Company's business objectives. Success in this role will be demonstrated by effectively executing the recruitment strategy and ensuring the right talent is ready at the right time. Also critical is building strong relationships with business leaders across the organization, understanding their business and operational objectives, and supplying the appropriate talent.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Master's degree and/or PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
  • 7+ years experience as a full life cycle recruiter or employment manager.
  • 3+ years experience managing and leading a team.
  • Demonstrated experience creating, implementing and measuring a full range of innovative recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to earn trust quickly, build relationships and influence others.
  • Demonstrated reporting, metrics and analytical ability.
  • Results driven.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
