We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Clinical Resource Manager position that will be based in our Supply Chain department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.  


This position has the opportunity to provide leadership and consultation to company facilities in the procurement and use of clinical products and leads multi-disciplinary teams to decrease product use variation and costs through the development of consensus supply utilization programs and initiatives.


Specific job duties include:
 
  • Works with clinical teams representing all hospital sites to review contracts, and assist with the value analysis process.  
  • Responsible for gathering information from clinicians, communicating and soliciting feedback from hospital clinicians, evaluating the clinical quality of the products in review, and coordinating and assisting, as necessary, in the implementation of clinical products. 
  • Responsible for acting as a clinical resource for AHS Materials Managers, hospitals clinicians, CNOs, Corporate Advisory Committees, as well as departments that pertain to special projects. 

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum five years clinical experience as a nurse in an acute care setting and demonstrated proficiency in a clinical leadership position. 
  • Experience in supply chain activities and value analysis leadership required
  • Experience in a multi-hospital or large hospital setting preferred. 
  • Experience in the operating room, cath lab, critical care environment, economics, finance and/or marketing a plus.

Educational Requirements:
  • Current RN license
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business or related field
