We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Digital Recruitment Strategist that will be based in our Human Resources department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.  
This position provides the opportunity to contribute towards the development and maintenance of the digital presence for Adventist Health System recruitment. This position will also contribute to the development of recruitment strategies employed by Strategic Human Resources.
Specific job duties include:
  • Responsible for the coordination of digital initiatives within strategic recruitment campaigns. 
  • Ensures digital initiatives are launched in a cost effective and time efficient manner. Works directly with vendors & creative teams to develop & facilitate creative content when needed.
  • Responsible for tracking and communicating the ROI of recruitment digital initiatives & placements.
  • Performs a comprehensive analysis of all initiatives, identifying both the effective areas and the areas of opportunity. Proposes recommended changes in strategy based on the data analyzed.
  • Responsible for ensuring the digital experience candidates’ encounter during the recruitment process at Adventist Health System is best in class.
  • Stays abreast of emerging trends and utilizes the Recruitment Management System to improve the digital candidate experience. Works with Talent Acquisition teams to achieve these goals.
  • Serves as a digital tool subject matter expert for the Recruitment Management System.
  •  Partners with Talent acquisition teams to develop and maintain standardized methods for best utilizing the Recruitment Management System’s tools while adhering to Talent Acquisition processes and procedures.
  • Contributes to the development of Adventist Health System’s recruitment social strategy.
  • Creates, posts and manages content on all recruitment social and digital outlets. Maintains a social content calendar for all recruitment social media outlet postings. Assists in setting goals and objectives for social outlets and implements strategies to meet them.
  • Utilizes social listening tools & technology to maintain a constant pulse on the employee brand of Adventist Health System on the internet.
  •  Develops methods to track and improve the employment brand of Adventist Health System in the recruitment environment.
  • Monitors both social and digital platforms outside of social media (blogs, forums, etc) for content that impacts Adventist Health System from a recruitment perspective (favorable & unfavorable).
  • Takes strategic and un-conventional approaches when crafting content appealing to the interest of Adventist Health System Recruitment
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in a Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors and/or equivalent work experience required.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Ability to work & prioritize, manage time independently
  • Strong computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft office
  • Strong understanding of marketing and design concepts and principles.
  • Strong understanding Search Engine Optimization and web/digital principles.
  • Strong understanding of latest design tools and techniques.
  • Ability to give creative direction and prepare creative briefs.
  • Strong understanding of digital web platforms (blogs, forums, landing pages, etc)
  • Robust understanding of social media platforms.
