We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a HRIS Integration Analyst Intermediate position that will be based in our Human Resources ERP Project department.  This position is based at our Solutions Center in Altamonte Springs, FL.

The Analyst possesses knowledge of AHS HR/PR operations. The Analyst works under the direction of the ERP HR Manager/Senior Manager and is responsible for completing HRIS related activities including but not limited to; system configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support of the AHS HRMS.


The incumbent is responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of services related to the HRMS. The Analyst may be required to support projects and manage cases within the HR Help Desk as well as perform testing in partnership with the IT and Security teams.


The Analyst is expected to take initiative and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Specific job duties include:

  • Possess general knowledge of HR operations and processes
  • This is a functional role and Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for supporting integrations between PeopleSoft, HCM Cloud HR application(s), Saba Learning system and other applications.
  • Develop functional specification documents for integrations between multiple applications.
  • Design, develop and support all the integrations between PeopleSoft, HCM Cloud HR application(s), Saba Learning system and other applications.
  • Support efforts to automate and integrate PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion), Saba Learning System and other Applications
  • Responsible for completing HRIS related activities including but not limited to; system integration, configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, go-live and post go-live implementation support.
  • Support HR application(s) to optimize system effectiveness while improving, existing HR/PR business processes, productivity, efficiency and quality
  • Responsible for supporting the integrity, effectiveness and efficiency of services related to HRIS
  • Take the initiatives to prioritize and manage work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Perform testing in partnership with the Deployment, IT and Security teams
  • Responsible for efficient support, research, and resolution of talent management related cases in Helpdesk for HR
  • Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries to validate interfaces, talent management processes and talent data
  • Maintain processes, systems, procedures, logs, and materials to support all talent management program administration
  • Work as assigned with IT on break/fix issues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, quality work, and customer service
  • Responsible for tracking, testing, and implementation of changes to talent management forms, processes, applications, and interfaces
  • Support HRIS objectives and iSynergy team member efforts to facilitate cross-functional integration
  • Work with technical/functional teams & consultants to ensure solutions related to identified gaps are completed on time, leading to successful implementations

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience related to HR/PR, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Business Analyst experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR application support (HR Systems, Time and Attendance Systems, or Reporting and Analytics) or equivalent experience
  • Previous project/process design or improvement analysis skills preferred.
  • Prefer experience/knowledge/skills in any combination of the following:
    • Oracle PeopleSoft (or other related ERP)
    • SQL, Business Objects (BO) and/or Crystal Reports
    • System Testing/Data Modeling Applications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required (or equivalent job related experience may be considered, if enrolled and on course to complete Bachelor’s degree).

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • PC/Laptop
  • Basic system/application/data troubleshooting
  • Critical thinking and root cause analysis process
  • Advance Microsoft Office Skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong Verbal and Writing skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Specialized HRIS skills which includes application configuration and system support, troubleshooting, and report/query running. 

Licensure, Certification or Registration:

  • HRIP Certification preferred.
  • CCP, PMP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or Six Sigma Certification a plus
