We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Learning Interactivity Developer that will be based in our Human Resources department. This position is based at our corporate office in Altamonte Springs, FL.  
This position provides the opportunity to be responsible for design, development, and delivery of multimedia and interactive media in support of learning. This position will utilize a variety of multimedia development tools and scripting languages such as HTML5 and CSS as well as programming environments and media content creation suites to create both functional
applications and video/graphic/audio assets for integration into learning environments.This person should be strong in user interface design and interactivity development for both graphics and functionality.
Specific job duties include:
  • Develop multimedia to be used in face-to-face, online, and blended learning environments
  • Effectively conceptualize, design, and create engaging as well as functional custom designs
  • Create graphic designs that match the aesthetic of the AHS brand and user interface
  • Collaborate with client, Learning Experience Designer and LMS administrative team to add interactivity to custom education content
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design and application development required
  • Experience utilizing LMS platforms required
  • Experience in content gamification preferred
  • Experience in developing education or training content for adult learners preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare system IT or learning environment preferred
  • Experience with video production equipment and workflow preferred
  • Experience with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects preferred
  • Experience in game design or development preferred
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media Development, or related field
Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Strong multimedia development skills with graphic, audio, video production software
  • Strong graphic arts and illustration skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
  • Ability to storyboard concepts and utilize rapid prototyping tools in the development of functional mockups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Computer Literacy skills with Microsoft Office software suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
