We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Financial Analyst position that will be based in our iSynergy Finance department.  This position is based at our Solutions Center office in Altamonte Springs, FL.
This position will have the opportunity to be responsible for being heavily involved in leading in the design, build, implementation, training, evaluation, testing, support and maintenance of the PeopleSoft Financial modules (GL), Hyperion products such as HFM and Planning and/or Crowe RCA system.  The Senior Financial Analyst has a strong background in the General Ledger, developing and implementing business processes for accounting entries, understanding the accounting and data flow of the general ledger transactional information within the application (GL, AP, PC and AM applications) and supports day to day production issues working with business users and the support team. The individual will work closely with the Process Lead and consultants to effectively analyze and evaluate specific module functionality, processes and activities to implement assigned software.  
Specific job duties include:
  • Studies existing systems and associated accounting processes for overall effectiveness and develops new processes to improve productivity, quality and maximize the value of the software.
  • Assists with the overall development, testing and support of new software.
  • Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Provides functional testing, unit testing, system testing and end user acceptance testing
  • Provides implementation support as well as on-going maintenance support
  • Troubleshoot issues within PeopleSoft applications; or other relevant applications
  • Assists with the training development material, testing documentation and conduct sessions 
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in related field.
  • Experience in a large hospital or multi-hospital system a plus.
  • Experience and understanding of Net Revenue within a healthcare environment a plus.
  • Experience in ERP environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM, Cerner, Crowe RCA or Hyperion preferred.     
Education Requirements:
  • The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 
  • MBA or CPA preferred. 
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials preferred.
  • Knowledge of Hyperion applications preferred.
  • Knowledge of Crowe RCA a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Detail oriented.
  • Advanced time management skills and ability to multi task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
