We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Senior International Recruitment Manager position that will be based in our Talent Acquisition Shared Services department.  This position is based at our Solutions Center in Altamonte Springs, FL.
The Sr. Manager develops and implements an international recruitment program and sets strategy for recruitment of nurses and other professionals for HRSS to meet the needs identified by the strategic goals of the client facilities.  Engages in Workforce planning and forecasting.  Works closely with international recruitment vendors, facility leadership and regional recruitment teams to identify and acquire foreign talent and coordinate the selection and onboarding process. Leads, directs and develops the international recruitment team.    Coordinates immigration paperwork and requirements of foreign applicants with the organization’s immigration attorney.  Partners with immigration attorney to assure all international recruitment activities and immigration are done in legal manner. 
Specific job duties include:
  • Develops strategy and implements best practice international marketing and recruitment plans for targeted markets.
  • Outlines strategic direction and best practices for international recruitment.
  • Engages in workforce planning and forecasting and collaborating with HRSS TA Sr. Managers and clients to identify priority countries and programs and source talent.
  • Undertakes recruitment visits to priority markets, recruits in market, and provides market intelligence.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of a talent pool using the CRM.  Follows talent pool to maximize hires using various communication techniques.
  • Analyzes market data, produces monthly trend and performance report for identified markets.
  • Analyzes return on investment of international recruitment efforts and reports effectiveness and efficiency of tactics.
  • Leads, directs and develops international recruitment team ensuring operational effectiveness on a day to day basis as well as ensuring personal development and maximization of performance.
  • Assists HRSS client facilities in developing onboarding programs to assure new employee cultural assimilation as well as housing and transportation needs are met.
  • Works closely with organization’s immigration attorney to assure legally sound immigration and recruitment practices.
  • Works closely with international recruitment vendors to identify and acquire applicants.
  • Develops, implement and manages a fiscally sound international recruitment budget.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 7 years recruitment experience five of which are international nurse recruitment and immigration related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experiencing overseeing a recruitment team
  • Knowledge of international recruitment techniques
  • Knowledge of international marketing
  • Knowledge of immigration law and requirements
Education Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Registered Nurse is highly preferred
Licensure, Certifications, or Registration:
  • SHRM-CP preferred
