We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Supply Chain Contract Uploads Administrator position that will be based in our Supply Chain Shared Services department.  This position is based at our solutions center in Altamonte Springs, FL.


The Supply Chain Contract Uploads Administrator is responsible for ensuring pricing accuracy and data integrity across the company.


Specific job duties include:
  • Researches pricing information to ensure all available units of measure (UOMs) are appropriately priced; Ensures completeness of procurement contracts and downstream business processes
  • Gathers and records information to assist with process compliance monitoring
  • Reviews and cleanses data for contract upload data integrity
  • Maintains world class pricing accuracy with primary distributor by preparing, coordinating, and auditing monthly pricing notification files
  • Researches, validates, and communicates pricing issues on “price holds” with primary distributor prior to holds expiring and incorrect prices being invoiced
  • Cleanses, validates, and uploads pricing for multiple MMIS systems
  • Coordinates pricing related issues with business partners
  • Resolves contract compliance complaints by end-user departments and helps facilitate problem resolution
  • Escalates issues to Supply Chain Contract Uploads Team Lead, as necessary

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in contract development and administration required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree from a four-year accredited university or college required

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook) required
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft preferred
  • Ability to type fifty or more words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral and written communications
