We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Supply Chain Training/Quality Assurance Analyst position that will be based in our Supply Chain Support Services department.  This position is based in Altamonte Springs, FL.

The Supply Chain Training/Quality Assurance Analyst engages in systematic measurements, provides comparison to standards, and engages in the monitoring of processes including, but not limited to, live calls, emails, and call recordings. This position engages in the monitoring process and provides an associated feedback loop to ensure adherence to Supply Chain Contact Center processes and procedures. This position maintains and updates call scripts and assists in developing and writing training materials for the Supply Chain organization, including, but not limited to, Supply Chain Contact Center staff and field or end-user needs. Identifies and reports on process improvement opportunities to Supply Chain Contact Center Manager. Assists in maintaining meaningful metrics and ensuring target measurements reflect operational objectives.  Position may require travel at times to ensure field training objectives are met.

Specific job duties include:

  • Monitors calls and email responses between Supply Chain Contact Center and internal/external customers
  • Objectively and accurately evaluates the interactions and services provided by the Supply Chain Contact Center
  • Identifies and documents opportunities for process, service delivery, and customer service improvement
  • Engages in quality reporting for Supply Chain Contact Center Manager as necessary
  • Maintains and distributes call scripts and Supply Chain Contact Center policies, routing workflows, and other procedures as needed
  • Develops and maintains training materials for both Supply Chain Contact Center staff and all Supply Chain field-related positions
  • Supports Supply Chain Contact Center Manager in identifying and implementing training initiatives for the Supply Chain Shared Services organization and Supply Chain field-related positions
  • Assists with new-hire training, refresher, and one-on-one training classes for Supply Chain Shared Services employees and Supply Chain field staff on an as-needed basis

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:   
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a Quality Assurance Analyst or training role required
  • Knowledge of basic statistics required
  • Experience in a supply chain shared services organization preferred
Education Requirements:
  •  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from a four-year accredited university or college required or five years of related field experience required

Software Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • Ability to type fifty or more words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral and written communications
