We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Training Administrator position that will be based in our Organizational Readiness department.  This position is based at our solutions center in Altamonte Springs, FL.


This position will support the development and delivery of instructor led training and e-Learning programs. This position will serve are the UPK administrator and LMS administrator for the ERP project. As we deliver training programs to our facilities across the country, the training administrator will coordinate with local training administrators to enroll participants, deliver training content, and track participation. The training administrator will also facilitate logistical coordination of supplies and equipment to training sites.


This position will work closely with the training teams within the areas of Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain in coordinating training at the local facilities and shared services organizations.


Specific job duties include:
  • Maintain the training curriculum in our document repositories, including the curricula associated with the Finance, Human Resources and Supply Chain training for effective communication within the ERP project team and AHS facilities.
  • Develop training schedules using office tools that that support the implementation of ERP at local facilities and the onboarding of employees within the shared services organizations.
  • Coordinate the deployment of mobile classrooms to facilities, working with local IT staff to ensure that classrooms are functional.
  • Maintain the UPK library and knowledge center to ensure that updates are published and available for use in classrooms and in application support.
  • Provide UPK support to training developers and students, utilizing administrator tools to resolve incidents or issues with the system or UPK content.
  • Facilitate the assignment of employees to training courses in the learning management system (LMS) based on roles assigned to them.
  • Collaborate with NetLearning administrators in the facilities to enter courses in the local LMS and register employees into their classes.
  • Provide support in developing and maintaining training records with data from the LMS and role mapping database to provide reports to hospital and project leadership
  • Retrieve, analyze, and report training evaluation data from the online survey tool for distribution to the project training teams.

Job Requirements

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate (business, healthcare, etc.) training setting required
  • 1 to 2 years utilizing a LMS required
  • 1 to 2 years of experience with UPK or a similar tool required

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Training certification a plus

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Gathers and analyzes information skillfully and resolves problems in early stages with supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable of learning management system administration
  • Proficiency in UPK Administration or similar application preferred
  • Experienced in Adobe Captivate, Lectora, or Articulate preferred
  • Experience with NetLearning preferred
