Job Description

  • Assist the Operations Manager/Project Manager in the implementation of the department goals and objectives; establishing and implementing policies and procedures,
  • Perform all domestic/International inbound & outbound shipments bookings and clearances; work closely with all vendors and ensure that shipments are handled as per the job requirements
  • Facilitate and expedite communication between vendors and the project control center in the region to minimize delays;
  • Update material tracking system on time; ensure all material related information is accurate and is available for viewing; following proper routing instructions as stated in shipping information
  • Ensuring all shipments are cleared and expedited on time in keeping with the KPI’s of the client and the project agreements,
  • Elevate all potential problems and opportunities for improvement to Operations Manager.
  • Any other related duties/ projects assigned by Operations Manager/Project Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.

Job Requirements

  • - 2 years’ experience in project logistics/Freight environment
  • - Working knowledge of Incoterms
