Job Description

Recruitment-Sourcing, Screening and Data Management

  • Sourcing, screening/short listing for open positions
  • Upgrading existing job descriptions and coordinate creation of non-existing ones
  • Ensure all data – recruitment trackers/dashboards – and Empower related data are updated
  • Regular check and update of Recruitment mailboxes and E-forms
  • Ensure offer letter and employment contracts are processed for all the new joiners and submitted to payroll within specified timelines.

On boarding process management

  • Work visa process, liaison with candidates to explain the on boarding process
  • Coordination with the department on hiring process
  • Placement of employee – coordination with the department for asset arrangement

Job Requirements


  • 3 years of progressive professional Human Resource experience, exposure to recruitment/on boarding will be preferred.


  • Communication, Interviewing skills,
  • Have good knowledge of recruitment / talent management practices in the region
  • Possess an ability to organize, prioritize & multitask
  • Effective communication & interviewing skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Arabic would be an added advantage.

Time management, knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
