Job Description

Assist with U-Joint manufacturing engineering tasks:

  • Job router updating (manufacturing steps to produce parts)
  • Identify stocking plans for key components
  • Implement existing tooling purchasing procedure
  • Implement existing quality documentation procedures
  • Develop and implement initial 5S lean tools in new area.
  • Assist in improving tooling storage in new area.

Assist with ujoint planning:

  • Work with order list to review and execute production order printouts
  • Work with order list to prioritize existing open orders in manufacturing
  • Work with order list to prioritize and execute subcontract work for existing parts.
  • programming maintenance
  • Updating Headers
  • Catalog Tools
  • fixtures
  • documenting work processes

Job Requirements

 Pursuing an Engineering degree


  • Ability to perform assigned tasks and complete work on schedule with minimal supervision
  • Eagerness to learn and accept challenges
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Auto Desk
