Job Description


Duties include but are not limited to:

    • maintain daily professional communications and relationship with all vendors
    • verify all counts for outgoing and incoming materials associates with outside services
    • report all discrepancies to Production Scheduler
    • deliver and pick up orders associated with outside services
    • maintain daily truck inspection / safety checklist
    • report safety issues with company vehicles
    • keep accurate maintenance records for above vehicles
    • deliver incoming parts to appropriate areas

Job Requirements


  • should have strong communication skills and the knowledge of using a PC for data entry.
  • ability to effectively manage time
  • experience in inventory and materials control procedures
  • ability to accurately complete arithmetic computations
  • ability to operate tools and equipment listed – forklift, pallet jack, calculator, copier
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license
  • DOT Physical required to drive company shipping vehicle





  • high school graduate or a GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • posses and maintain a valid CT drivers license
