CAS is currently seeking a BI & Analytics Manager. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • 7-10 year’s BI experience
  • Strong relationship management skills required
  • Proven experience in migrating current BI assets to a new BI platform and in building BI solutions from ground up
  • Ability to perform information management assessments (needs, security, data quality etc.) and create BI strategy and road map
  • Ability to accurately estimate components of the BI solution facilitate planning
  • Hands on experience with SAP BW 7.0 or later
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication, mentoring / coaching skills and influencing/leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

Duties:

This position provides strategic and tactical business data solutions to the business. The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI) manager of this function achieves this through supporting the business operations functions (Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing) in finding new ways to provide predictive data analytics, attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones. This position will have the unique opportunity to lead the full spectrum of BI lifecycle and play a number of leadership and architecture roles within BI team. The leader will work directly with business stakeholders along-with BI & the Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team members to conceptualize, architect, design and deliver actionable insights in an agile environment. This leader will focus on delivering the vision of the BI unit through architectural processes and an agile development lifecycle.

  • SAP Business Warehouse 7.0
  • Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Flume)
  • BI Reporting and Analytics (Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, Qlik)
