Concentra-affiliated physicians typically perform the following job duties:

  • Diagnosing and treating acute injuries and illnesses that arise in the workplace, on the job, and during everyday life
  • Coordinating patient care with physical therapists and medical specialists to assure the best medical outcomes are achieved
  • Performing physical examinations ranging from routine to highly complex medical surveillance exams
  • Interacting with local and national businesses and the industry to retain and grow the center's business
  • Working as a member of the center's leadership team to ensure the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction
  • Coaching, training, and cultivating the talents of the center's associates to support patient care
