Strategy & Sales Operations Manager
TheCommercial Strategy and Sales Operations Manager will have a key role to playin delivering sustainable and profitable growth for the organization throughthe development of the Commercial strategy and the delivery ofbest in class processes, systems and analytics to allow the effective executionof that strategy.
Involved in the development of the strategic plan that combines customer strategies and strategy for the Commercial function more generally with the product and category strategies of the Product & Innovation organization
- This position will have a leading role in the systemization, automation, process enhancement and continuous improvement agenda of the Commercial function.
- Develop analytics and reporting for the Commercial and other functions that incorporate financial and non-financial metrics and historic & forward looking metrics to provide critical insights on our commercial performance as well as on our customers and markets.
- Assist in the development of a best-in-class customer communication strategy that translates the relevant product messaging and overall branding into compelling customer-specific value propositions.
