When you join Doddle, you start with a minimum of 28 days a year which includes public holidays (pro rata if you work part-time). The longer you work with us, the more holidays you get. It’s a win, win.
We don’t think anyone should work on their birthday so we give you the day off with full pay! If it falls on a non-working day, you take the day off closest to your birthday, so you never lose out. We’ll never say no to cake in the office, either.
For our people with children, we offer an optional scheme where you can buy childcare vouchers through your salary.
