Your day-to-day activities:

  • Work closely with the marketing, legal and web development teams to create new, compelling content across multiple platforms
  • Assist in the development of new materials/ads to promote brand awareness in several provinces
  • Research, develop, write and edit all written company content, including articles, internal/external communications, promotional materials (online & print), and social media/blog posts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop web, print, radio and video campaigns, coordinating these campaigns as needed
  • Work directly with the sales team to develop and coordinate support materials for products and initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with various departments in multiple provinces to understand the needs and concerns of our clients
  • Provide ongoing quality assurances for the company website, suggesting improvements when needed
  • Proactively monitor the company’s social media accounts, keeping an eye on social media trends and suggesting strategies to improve pubic engagement
  • Proofread all messaging across all channels before deployment, with a dual goal of maintaining and protecting the integrity of the ComFree brand
  • Support team culture by reporting on company events via internal communications

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a creative work environment, with an emphasis on effective written communication (a marketing background is preferred). Please submit two written samples of your work with your application, not exceeding 600 words.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Some visual/web design experience is considered an asset
  • Real Estate knowledge and experience is considered an asset
  • Proficiency in French is also considered an asset
