Job Description


Manages a variety of general
office activities by performing the following duties personally or through
departmental teammates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Analyzes and organizes office operations
and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payroll reports, personnel,
information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies and other
clerical services.

Maximizes office productivity
through proficient use of appropriate software applications.

Prepares and/or reviews clerical, payroll and personnel
records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

Supervises all office transaction for accounts payable and accounts receivable
for customers, suppliers, and Sales Representatives.

Processes operating
supplier, and expense report accounts payables and prints checks.

Processes and records all domestic and overseas bank wire

Coordinates office activities of various departments or
teammates within departments.

Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.

Approves PTO for Administrative teammates in accordance
with company policy and business needs.

Verifies and approves time worked for Administrative

Collects and compiles hours worked by Wine Consultants and
submits with payroll.

Processes pre-hire and new hire paperwork, and assists all
teammates with Human Resource questions and issues.

Conducts orientation for all new teammates.

Books monthly journal entries as needed.

Prepares and files monthly Sales & Use Tax reports and
monthly excise tax filings accurately and timely.

Assists in completing accounting end-of-month processes.

Reconciles bank accounts monthly.

Submits Custom Brand Label registration.

Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection,
retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.

Develop and maintains training manual for all Administrative

Acts as back up for all Administrative positions.
